Reasons: The pin roll is loose; the elastic ring is abraded.

Reasons: some materials that cannot be crushed go inside the machine; the fasten part of the lining board is loose and the hammer knock on the lining board; the hammer of other spare part breaks.

Elimination ways: Stop the machine and clean the crushing chamber; examine the tightness of the lining board and the gap between the hammer and the grate bar; change the broken spare parts.
