1) The thickness of the feeding layer: it refers to the grain size of the processing raw material and the content of magnetic particles. The feeding layer is thicker when processing general coarse ore, the thickness of which is about 1.5 times of the maximum particle.
2) The strength of the magnetic field and its working gap: it is closely related with the particle size of processed material, magnetic level and operational requirements, when the working gap is certain, the magnetic field strength between the magnetic poles depends on the coil turns which is not adjustable. The magnetic field strength can be adjusted only by changing the excitation current. When processing materials of strong magnetism or fine work, it should use weak magnetic field; and when processing materials of weak magnetism or coarse work, it should use strong magnetic field.
Magnetic system is consisted of several magnetic poles, and connected by saddle magnetic guide plate. Magnetic guide plate is made by low-carbon steel and pure iron, which not only plays the role of supporting magnetic system, but also provides excellent magnetic path. The magnetic flux that sends through every magnetic pole back face is mostly flowing in magnetic guide plate. Magnetic pole splices on magnetic guide pate, magnet center with a hole is fixed on magnetic guide plate by using copper bolts. The arrangement for magnetic pole is alternated along with circle polarity, the advantage of this arrangement is magnetic stirring function (magnetic flip) can be produced when magnetic ore grain passing through magnetic field in the process of screening, which is very good for improving fine ore grade.
