A. The dry-process cement production line
The dry-process cement production line is a way to do the drying and grinding for the cement stone at the same time, or grinding after drying. At last, put the raw meal, which has been through dry and grinding, into cement rotary kiln to get the clinker.
B. The wet-process cement production line
The wet-process cement production line is a way to put some water into the cement stone, through grinding to make the cement stone into slurry first; and then put the slurry into the wet kiln to get the clinker.
Owing to the low heat consumption of dry-process cement production line, the dry-process cement production line is widely used in the industrial production. For the dry-process cement production line, the function of crusher is to prepare for the cement raw meal, that is to say, to crush the cement raw meal into specified size. The function of raw material mill is to grind the cement raw meal, at the same time, realize the pre-homogenization for the raw meal. The cement rotary kiln is the key equipment of the cement production line, which is mainly responsible for the firing of clinker. Usually, the cement raw meal has been preheated and pre-decomposed before coming into the cement rotary kiln to be fired. After getting the clinker, it is better to cool the clinker in high temperature with cooling machine first. And then, grind the clinker by the cement mill. That is the main working process of cement production line.
