Raymond mill produced by our company is mainly used to grind non-inflammable and non-explosive materials with Moths hardness below 7 and moisture content below 6% such as barite, calcite, potash feldspar, talcum, marble, limestone, ceramic, glass, etc.
The mechanical force-giving situation is different according to the different hardness of ores. Therefore, the force-giving situation of raymond mill is complex. We should consider the main force to the ores in order to make analysis and do research.
For the brittle ores, we could use the method of bending and splitting. The product will have too much fine powder because of the grinding stripping. For the viscous ores, we should use the method of grinding stripping.
As the nature of the material is different, so the machinery of raymond mill is various. The force-giving situation of raymond mill must adapt the nature of the ore, thus the machinery would have a better effect.
Ball mill played the role of grinding media in the processing operation. The working procedures included the following: the motor drove the reducer, and the reducer drove the rotation of small wheels, then the small wheels drove the rotation of big wheels. The big wheel was installed on the ball mill cylinder.
The Grinder mill runs along the outside gear. Materials spirally and evenly enter the first warehouse along the input hollow axis by input devices. Steel balls of different specifications are installed in the scale board of the Ball mill. When the barrel body rotates, centrifugal force is produced.
After being grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehouse of the Ball mill for regrinding. In the end, the powder produced by the Ball mill is discharged by output material board.
According to the nature and formation of ores, we should choose the mill size about the different configuration. Different ores should use different beneficiation process. Different areas of similar ore beneficiation process are different.
