Under the requirements of mineral processing technology, we must continue to improve the development of mineral processing equipment. Our current primary mineral processing equipment are ball mill, flotation machine, magnetic separator, classifier, a range of mineral processing auxiliary equipment ,drying machinery, rotary kiln and other equipment. These equipments can form mineral production line through rational allocation with high degree of automation. China still need to learn the advanced design and manufacture of the mineral processing equipment to improve the competition of domestic equipment and performance. Therefore, the development of our mineral processing equipment will show the following trends in the future:
1. Ball mill, magnetic separator and other mineral processing equipment will grow towards the development of large-scale and diversified trend. By expanding production capacity, we can achieve mass production of ore materials and life the capacity of equipment to improve equipment efficiency and product quantity.
2. We can absorb the foreign advanced beneficiation technology constantly. The equipment manufacturing adopts the crushed material theory, the introduction of the material fractal theory and discrete teaching of specific methods for equipment testing and research.
3. Followed by the need of the social productive forces, we should strengthen the production capacity of powder material and the possession proportion of equipment. So it can meet the growing needs of powder and fine powder, and gradually improve the world competition and share rate of mineral processing equipment.
Unbalanced size of coal particle will affect the delivery of coal and increase the coal consumption and reduce the rate of smoking furnace. However, if the grinding size is too fine, the ore sorting process, leaching process of calcination and coal production operation environment will be deteriorate.
In the intense competition of mineral processing equipment of China, we should study the market trends and focus on the improvement and technology of processing equipment. We should strive for our mining industry to provide superior production equipment and efficient mineral processing techniques.
