These international organizations are mainly responsible for the safety and the security while transporting these dangerous goods from one place to another via the roadways, waterways or the airways.
The classification of these dangerous goods has become all the more important these days since the usage of these dangerous goods are on the rise. As per the rules of IATA, all the carrier that are carrying such dangerous goods must be accompanied by a consultant professional who is well trained in handling these kind of materials. This reduces the risk of bigger catastrophe from happening. These professionals are known as the HAZMAT consultants and they are given adequate training on the classification of dangerous goods. They are in fact taught about all the different symbols, numbers, and colours in the training that are usually used for the classification of the amount of damage these goods can make.
