The recent uprising towards the British Government involving massive rioting in the UK just adds to anti-government sediment within America. The United States still is not able get their fiscal house in order, Unemployment is very high and there is little to no hope for the middle and lower class to get ahead because only the rich will get richer.

Sadly the American Government just keeps running around in circles with no permanent fix in sight. Instead of attacking the root problem head on.  Of all businesses, it is Amazon UK that seems to be telling us what is in store for the near future in the realm of civil unrest. For in the UK on August 9th  Amazon saw record sales in their “sports and leisure” category. This information seemed highly worrisome to many when the news came out. The reason being many of the products sold could double as weapons. Items such as solid wooden and aluminum baseball bats, and telescoping police batons or “Tonfas” & night sticks.

It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out these bats and batons will wind up on the streets of the next wave of protesters inflicting mayhem in the UK. To put these overnight sales into perspective, aluminum bat sales are up 6,541%! One swing should be enough to shatter bones or skulls. Escape ladders and fire extinguishers saw a 2,655% and 1,320% jump. Memory card sales of SanDish 8GB, 30MB/s & Extreme HD Video SDHC Cards spiked 2,156% in the last 24 hours to insure both the rioters and bystanders don’t run out of photos.

The warning for the United States is that those same items spiked sales in America this past week.  On the backs of insanely wild stock market fluctuations, un-seen guarantees for controlling economic stimulus from the Federal Reserve, uncertainty with government intervention, increasing inflation and record highs in gold prices leading to less and less confidence in the dollar are fostering more and more panic within America. Panic that could make its way into American cities and streets soon enough.

In the Event of Massive Civil Unrest in America the US Government has had plans in place to control or stop massive civil unrest since 1968.

Here are the Facts:

The United Sates Government operational plans, nicknamed CONPLAN 3501 and 3502, are said to have been drafted to combat mass outbreaks of disruption.

These operations are backed by Article 1, Section 8 of the US. Constitution. Giving Congress full power to direct the 'Militia', or Armed Forces - to assert authority onto the streets.

The Article states that 'Congress shall have power... to provide for calling forth the Militia to execute laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections, and repel Invasions'.

THE 'INDICATORS OF POTENTIAL VIOLENCE'    Taken from CONPLAN 3502

• High unemployment rate among minority groups.

• Increased crime rates among minority groups.

• Protests arising from income disparities between minority and majority groups.

• Declining rapport between local officials and minority groups.

• Migrations of large numbers of minority groups.

• Protests by minority groups to such conditions as slum conditions, segregation in housing and  schools, lack of jobs, lack of recreational facilities, police brutality, and local overpricing practices.

Excerpts from the US. ARMY Civil Disturbance Plan “Garden Plot”

1.   The title of this plan is the Department of the Army Civil Disturbance Plan. Published under the Authority of the Secretary Of The Army, as the Executive Agent for the Department of Defense in all matters pertaining to the planning for, deployment, employment, and redeployment of military resources in the event of civil disturbances. This plan provides guidance for deployment of plans to support civil disturbance operations by the Military Services, unified commands and other Department of Defense (DoD) components. (Paragraph VII A, DoD Directive 3025.12).

2.   The nickname applicable to this plan is “GARDEN PLOT”. For operational consistency, Military Services, DoD Components and Subordinate Commands will use this nickname in civil disturbance plans.

Note:

The DoD Civil Disturbance Plan nicknamed “GARDEN PLOT” was superseded after the events of September 11, 2001. The replacement to Garden Plot is Concept Plan (CONPLAN) 3502, and is the responsibility of the US. Northern Command.
