Our representative will pick you up from your hotel by moderrn air-coditioned vehicle with our English speaking tour escort to Nuwibaa port, then you will take the boat to Aqaba, where you are met and assisted by our representative, then transferred directly to Petra. Petra is situated about 3 hours south of Amman, 1 hour north of Aqaba, 1 and half hour from the Dead Sea, so-called because nothing lives in it. It is one of the world's saltiest bodies of water, almost six times as salty as the ocean. Petra is surrounded by towering hills of rust-colored sandstone which gave the city some natural protection against invaders. In Petra, you see the wonderful red rose rock city, the city of the Nabateans, the lost city (all carved in the mountains) riding horse to the Siq (canyon), the natural crack in the rocks to the Roman Theatre, Royal Tombs, the Roman colonnaded street, Qasr Al-Bent and then the archaeological museum. Lunch, then back to Aqaba city for a short city tour and free time for shopping. After your day tour you will sail back to Nuweiba port then you will be transferred to your hotel in Taba.

Not included in Tour Price:
- Charges not mentioned elsewhere for this tour such as: passport, entry visa fees , laundry, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages including wine and beer, mineral water, insurance of any kind, custom duties, gratuities to tour guides, excess baggage charges, etc.
- Extra charges for food ordered a la carte or from room service. These charges must be paid directly to the hotel or restaurant.
Service Inquiries:
If you have a problem with any of the Tour Services provided it should be brought to the immediate attention of our representative or the company directly whilst on the Tour. We will then attempt to rectify the situation immediately. Upon return it is almost impossible to correct a situation that could have been corrected during the Tour. Please note that if you choose for any reason not to participate in any part of the program once on the tour, there will be NO refund for these services, as they are prepaid based on the number participating.

No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.
Changes:
Only our authorized representative, who would have a document in writing, is authorized to vary, add or waive any term or condition in this document.
Cancellation:
Cancellation should be received in writing document by fax or email. In case the cancellation happened before 40 days from the departure date it will be subjected to 6% of the total amount received it will deducted by the bank as a transaction fees. In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
Between 40 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
Also, there is a cancellation fee on all domestic flights in case you book a tour and you would like to cancel it at any time before starting your tours.
The cancellation fees of the domestic flights are subject to the airlines cancellation policy which changes from case to case.
