Sand Making Process

The general sand making process is as follows: The raw materials are first fed into the jaw crusher for primary crushing. Then after primary crushing, the materials will be transferred to the secondary crusher through the belt conveyor. After this process, the crushed materials have to go through the vibrating screen for sieving. The final products that meet the required particle size will be conveyed to the sand making machine, while the rest will return to the secondary crushing machine for repeated crushing. The particle sizes that do not meet the standard will be sent to the secondary crusher for repeated crushing.
