The house is preschool for children for language development that they learn from their mother or other members. The age between three to five years of children is significant for learning how to speech and how to improve the language to speak in front of anyone. Today, children’s language development is growing very fast due to new techniques and equipment that help them to easily understand and to learn quickly. This marvelous growth reflects the cognitive progress.

There are two types of language. First, expressive language in which child communicate through words and gestures with others and second is receptive language that is used to see the ability of a child that he/she understands spoken and nonverbal communication or not what a person is conveying.

There are very simple ways of child’s language development. Parents should talk to their child as you share, tell about your work what you doing in your daily routine and listen carefully what your child is sharing verbally. Don’t try to make correct their grammatical or pronunciation mistakes. Use correct language so that they can automatically pick up the correct word or sentence. Understand the way of expressing of child what they share and do express your own thoughts and ideas. It will increase the confidence of your child and he/she will feel freely to understand.

Ask questions to your child and read him/her. It will also help you in making an engaging experience by asking as you read. Children learn quickly with the help of games, music, poems, rhythm with beat, etc. and these help them remember better and make their memory sharp. So, teach your child songs, fingerplays and rhymes with beat to learn very easily and to increase their memory. It is a big help with that and to develop speech and language of a child.

A three-year old child use pronouns like I, me and you correctly and can understand words perfectly with growing knowledge. He/she can understand his/her speech about 90 percent of the time and so, use prepositions at the beginning to speak correctly with the help of parents. So, do their vocabularies and solve the questions that they ask you at their three years old age.

A four-year old child knows between 4000 to 6000 words and is able to express her/his desires, emotions and questions and can communicate with creatively language to covey meaning. They can use other vocabulary to rename the term for an object if, they don’t know it.

A five-year old child can read a full story and can carry on conversations due to their knowledgeable language ability. He/she can speak grammatically correct sentences and can give their own address.

It’s completely depends on the environment what they get. Some children may be experiencing language delays and their parents directly refer for speech and language therapy services to rectify this problem and to keep them from getting worse.
