According to different process requirements, various types of equipment can be combined to meet the technological requirements of different customers. Process flows of the sand-making production line. The raw material is transferred to jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, then the crushed materials whose size is larger than 40 mm are transferred to vsi crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen. The materials with suitable size will be transferred to vsi crusher, after being washed by sand washers, then clean final products will be discharged. The others with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, and then will be transferred to the vsi crusher, this forms a closed circuit manifold cycles. Sizes of final products will be according to our customers requirements. If it is the dry process, the classifier and deduster will be attached according to you requirement.

Main features of artificial sand: Now most of them are medium, coarse sand, the fineness modulus is of 2.6-3.6 in turbid, particle size distribution even and adjustable, with a certain amount of powder, rough surface, sharp edges. High strength pumping concrete made by artificial sand will not block the pump in the process of pumping. The concrete of right use of artificial sand has large density, impermeability, good freezing-resisting property, other physical properties and long-term durability can use to meet the design requirement too.
