1. We should adjust the system air volume to l70000m3 / h and the roller pressure to l0MPa.
2. There are 9 steel plates with 200mm × l00mm × 5mm in the welding, three in the back of each roller. This method is to reduce the wind area and increase the wind speed.
3. We should increase the pressure when the weight of material is about 2t.If it is fluent to lift the roller, we should reduce or stop the feeding timely. Thus we can avoid the current rise of bucket elevator caused by too many recyclable materials.
