2.Influence of operation
1)If there is defect, for example,bolt looseness and drops,individual liners falls,timely repair is needed.If the broken parts are not changed in time,defects will gradually spread to other section of the machine, making larger damages to other lining board and cylinder.
2)If situations that is with non-uniformly feeding,improper adjustment and empty cavity working appeared, the steel ball would directly rub and hit on th cylinder and other liner boards,this kind of circumstance would greatly increase the wear down opportunities of the liner plate and steel ball, even caused both destruction.Of cause,it is a very terrible operating style.
Influence of liner materials
According to the physical properties of the liner plate,the main parameters that affect anti-wear effect are matching rate between hardness and impact toughness , the higher the hardness of the material,the better anti-wear ability, and they may achieve a direct ratio,making the balls fall like waterfall and impact on the liner board in operation process.The impact strength is decided by the size of the steel balls and the cylinder.
Influence of design, manufacture and installation technology
Liner board had two function:the first one is cylinder protection, the other is to lift the steel ball to a demand height at a specific speed,making steel balls fall like a waterfall and achieve the ideal effect of grinding.If the quality of liner board is too poor and uneven,or is coarsely casted,when installation, misfit between liners and cylinders,substandard mechanical properties and chemical ingredients are all factors that affects the normal operation of the ball mill.
