The stone producing process of the crushing and screening equipment provided by Hongxing can be divided into three sections of closed circuit and composed by a jaw crusher and two impact crushers (or cone crushers). The stone enters in the first jaw crusher for coarse crushing, and then enters the second cone crusher for medium crushing and separates the rubbles that meet the size requirements from the vibrating screen; the large gravel then through the third cone crusher for final crushing. The first two stages of the system are open processes, the third paragraph composed by cone crusher and vibrating screen is closed –circuit operation process; the qualified products are re-screening by the two screen surfaces of vibrating screen at a different size to the respective stockpile.
