In case the student erases the email you had sent, he should be able to access the same information on your site. Progress tracking: Everybody has a different level of learning. At any given point you must be keep track of the progress of a particular student. In case the student desires to revise some of the previous content, he should be able to do so and take another test.
Grades and awards: At the conclusion of your course, you need to be able to award grades based on the student's performance. You can choose to either certifications or awards. This might also help in increasing your brand value.
Feedback: make sure that you have a feedback mechanism. Allow your students to comment on your course material and how they have benefited from it. Invite suggestions for improvement and ideas for new courses.
