This machine is a new kind of crusher which has been widely used recently in the industry of limestone crushing. The product material can be adjusted according to the requirement and coarse, medium and fine material can all be got. No flake, no smoothness and multi edges and corners can guarantee the compression strength. So the product material is especially suitable for highway, construction and big project. It eliminated the initial crushing of jaw type crusher and is a new kind of equipment of once crushing to small as well as big materials. It has high output, high efficiency, low power and can save manual and material power so as to reduce the crushing cost.
It can change the discharge size by adjusting the grate gap so as to meet the requirements of different customers. It has features of simple structure, high crushing ratio and high production efficiency, etc. And it can be two kinds of crushing: Dry and Wet. The main working part of box hammer crusher is the rotator with hammer. Rotator is consisted of main shaft, round panel, pin roll and hammer. The rotator which is driving by the motor is whirling rapidly in the crushing cavity.
The material fed into the crusher from the feeding opening is hit, impacted, cut and grinded to be powder by the high speed hammer. Under the rotator, there is the screen plate. The material which is smaller than the size of screen mesh will be discharged out, while those which are bigger than the mesh size will be continually crushed and grinded by the hammer and will be finally discharged.
The compression strength of the materials shall not exceed 100MPa, while the moisture content shall be lower than 15%. This crusher machine can be also used for crushing chips and paper with fiber structure and strong elasticity and ductility, or recycling asbestos fiber by crushing wastes of asbestos cement, etc. Gap between the gratings are adjustable to change grain size of the discharge.
