Argentina is only one of the countries which experienced hard strike by the real estate bubble which burst in 2009. However, the signs for this crisis, which hit US and Europe were there many years before that and Argentina was the proper place for all of the investors and the managers to look at.
For many yeas, Argentina was one of the best developing countries in the region. It was the pearl of South America, while Brazil was still finding its way trough, Argentina knew what and how to do. This allowed the country to reach extremely good results and to become one of the best developed countries in the region. However, in 2002, the bubble burst and the real situation became clear. From this period till now, many people are in extremely hard and complicated situation, having nothing to work and hardly making throughout the days. According to the statistics 40% of the population of Argentina, which is the third largest economy in the area at the moment, are living below the poverty line. This of course, shows how poor the people here are. Some of the citizens even switched to barter trading in order to move forward.
However, despite all that, the Argentinian economy is considered one of the fastest developing in the world which is proven even by the rising number of international calls to this place. This and the economical crisis in Europe are the reasons for many Argentinians to come back in their homeland in search of happiness and prosperity or at least hope.
Being one of the largest counties in the world, with huge GDP and fast growing economy Argentina offers many opportunities. The country is a great place for investments and this is what pushed so many international companies to go there. They all know well that at the moment the costs of human labour are low, and the profits can be really big.
Thanks to these options and the modern technologies like VoIP, the international companies can communicate and keep control over their employees and their foreign offices.
