The stone manufacturing line is not difficult to understand, it is nothing but a organic integrated whole that composed by people of the crusher, screening, transmission machinery and then it becomes a well known production line. Generally speaking, it is often applied with hammer apparatus so that the whole line must be fluent and the production should stable with the lowest cost of water pump in order to meet the requirements of production. This set of system is composed of the following parts:
(1) Crude ore feeding part: the function of this system is to send raw materials to crushers and screens; according to different breaking and screening process, the feeding methods will be different. In front of the feeding door of primary crusher, its own feeder is generally set up with the view of sending the raw material into the crushing chamber at the speed of the crusher processing. If the production is very big, heavy plate feeder can be used and the feeding granularity of this feeder is also big. Usually the most widely used in production is vibrating feeding equipment and live double entry feeder. Before fine crusher and sieving machines, in order to ensure the uniformity of the feeding, it also needs to configure the right decorate material, and in the practical production, this function is finished by a conveyor.
(2) Ore breaking part: this system is the heart of the production line equipment. Its job is of crushing the raw ore nodes into the finished product material with particle size, and a joint gravel screening production line can have many sets of crushers. (3) Finished product screening part: Only by classifying by the screening machine, can these crushed small rocks become finished products. The other function of the bolting mill is the prescreening, which refers to the process that makes use of the linear screener for screening the crushed material and then transport these final products to the windrow by way of the conveyor.
(4) Transmission part: the conveying system has three purposes in the whole set of gravel sieving equipment. One is to transport the rocks among all levels of crushing and screening equipment; the second is to transport back the crushed material in the closed-circuit circulation; finally is to convey the finished products to different position stack according to different size fraction.
